The Pittsfield Farmers Market, launched in 2013, is the first teen-run market in the region. We are a year-round and producer-only market. With live music, chef demos, workshops and children's activities, we are a true community hub and a force for good in Pittsfield, MA.

We believe that everyone in our community should have access to fresh, healthy food. We believe that food is powerful. It's more than something we eat. Food transcends language and culture, age and religion, economics and ability. It fuels us, it heals us, and it is woven into the fabric of each of our lives. In this way, food connects us to each other.
But food also divides us. Not everyone has equal access to healthy, whole food. This is where the Pittsfield Farmers Market steps in. Through our food justice work, our aim is to level the playing field and to transform food into a tool to educate, to empower, and to build community.
