My name is Kayla Grace Zigmand and I am 22 years old and am one of three bartenders and John Andrews Farmhouse Restaurant. I am also the front of the house manager/hostess when I am not behind the bar. I have been working at JA for the past 5 years in many different roles- kitchen, buss person, waitress, host, manager and now bartender! I graduated from Monument Mountain and live right in South Egremont- You could say I am locally grown. My favorite cocktail is a Scofflaw (Rye, sweet and dry vermouth, house made grenadine, fresh lime). There are so many great things to shop for at the farmers market that I might say I couldn’t find a favorite! It truly depends on the time of year for what I’m in the mood for! This time of year I think of sweet corn, tomatoes, apples and always fresh herbs to cook with (basil, mint, thyme, rosemary, sage).
